Not comfortable on camera? That's okay — let's talk. If recording yourself or your business isn't something you're ready for, I can work with stock images and sourced visuals instead. Just know that content featuring real people and real moments tends to perform better — it feels more personal and builds trust faster. These notes cover how the work is structured and what to expect day to day.

Flexible packages
Packages are designed as a starting point and can be tailored to fit your business needs. If you're looking for something slightly different, feel free to reach out and we can explore what makes the most sense.

A note on platform-specific content

Up to ~10% of content may use platform-specific features (e.g., trending audio, polls) that require manual posting rather than scheduled publishing. Stories are generally planned in advance and used to support your overall content. If you'd like more real-time or day-to-day updates, I can provide guidance or prompts for your team to post directly.

How scheduling works
All ongoing work is organized on a calendar-month basis (e.g., April 1–30) with a signed contract due by the 10th of the month prior (i.e. April 10 for management in May). This keeps planning, reporting, and deliverables clear and consistent for both of us.

Real-time content
Planned content is the foundation, but the most engaging accounts usually have a mix of both. If you're comfortable sharing in-the-moment glimpses of your day — a quick photo before a client call, a behind-the-scenes moment at the shop — that's encouraged. We'll align on what fits your brand before you start, and I'll give feedback along the way.

Communication & feedback
Communication and feedback are typically handled during regular working hours (9–5 ET), with responses typically within 1–3 business days. Packages include a reasonable number of revisions (typically 1–2 rounds) to ensure everything feels aligned.

A note on results
While strategy and consistency are key, results will vary based on factors such as audience, industry, and overall marketing efforts.

Deposit required

A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing to secure your project and begin work. The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
